Panforte Gluten-Free 160gm

Lee has been making our Panforte for over 15 years. This version is essentially the same as our normal Panforte but the difference is that the white flour has been replaced by Almond and Hazel Nut meal. This gives the cake a more moist texture due to the moisture in the two nut meals. The taste is just that much more refined. Be aware this one could be addictive.
