Lee has been making our Panforte for over 15 years. This version is derived from an old Italian recipe. She has modified it over the years to include macadamia nuts as well as the medley of other yummy dried fruits and quality nuts. These ingredients are blended into a super rich spicy mix which is slow baked to give you a seriously moreish cake. If you are gluten intolerant try our gluten free Panaforte.
