Creole Spice

Creole Spice (Gluten Free) was the first dry spice/rub we made. We have been making this spice for over 15 years. It is based on a traditional recipe from New Orleans. Use as a condiment to spice up dishes. Creole spice does wondrous things to BBQ chicken, fish, pork and vegetables right through to coating roast potatoes.
