21 Gun Salute Sauce (Gluten Free) packs a punch. We don’t believe in chilli heat just for the sake of burning out taste buds. This sauce works with sichuan pepper on the front of the palate and habanero chilli on the back. Why 21 gun? Well the first time we made this recipe we used 21 habanero chillies in the batch. This is a Cranky Original. Enjoy as a condiment or use in cooking.
